Nasal Flu Vaccine
Dear Parents
The nasal flu vaccine will be available here in the school for all pupils on Wednesday 6 November.
The vaccine will be carried out by EDU-PHARMA a team of healthcare professionals who have come together to deliver a vaccination service to schools across Ireland, under contract to the HSE
In advance of this vaccination, EduPharma will require consent from parents to deliver the vaccine, and we received the following information and consent link from them this morning...

We hope the return to a new school year has gone smoothly.
As you know, we will soon be visiting your school to hold a Free Nasal Flu Vaccine Clinic for all pupils aged between 2 and 17 years.
This important HSE-funded programme relies heavily on the willingness and proactiveness of school staff to ensure its success. We thank you and your staff for prioritising the health of your students this year and we look forward to meeting with you.
An important part of any vaccination programme is the consent process. In order to make this process as easy and efficient as possible, we have setup an online consent form which you can find at:

When sending the email to parents/guardians you might also please attach the letter and two information leaflets that I have attached to this email.
