Múinteoir Cathy in 5th Class

Fifth Class have been enjoying many lovely lessons with Múinteoir Cathy and today they made salt dough by carefully measuring flour, salt and water and kneading into a dough and then rolling out the dough and cutting egg shapes.

When dried, the class will paint the egg decorations for Easter.

Múinteoir Cathy incorporates the subjects of Maths (measures: weight), Religion (the symbol of the egg at Easter) and Art (paint and colour) in this process
