Mummified tomatoes

Continuing their Egyptian theme, 5th class checked out their recent experiment. After 29 days in natrum- it was time to check out our mummified tomatoes. Each group reweighed to see if there were any changes. We discovered that most tomatoes had reduced by an average of 14g. Interesting stuff!
