A message from the National Parents Council...


 

Dear Parents,


We are excited to announce a valuable opportunity for parents of primary school children to participate in a virtual session designed to support and promote positive mental health and wellbeing in your children.

The National Parents Council (NPC) in collaboration with St. Patrick's Mental Health Services offer this essential programme. 



The virtual sessions aims to equip parents with the necessary tools and knowledge to foster resilience in their children, enabling them to effectively manage the inevitable stresses of everyday life. By attending this session, you will: 

Explore the various factors that influence your child's mental health and wellbeing.

Learn practical strategies for building and nurturing resilience in your child.

Receive valuable tips on how to best support your child's positive mental health and wellbeing.


These sessions will be conducted online, providing you with the flexibility to participate from the comfort of your own home. Please note that the sessions will be interactive. Places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Dates: Monday 20th May to Thursday 23rd of May

Times: 10:00am and 7:30pm (GMT)

Additional Session: Friday 24th May at 10:00am
