Egg spotted!

Thanks to eagle-eyed Zack in 5th Class who spotted that one of our swifts has laid an egg in the nest!

We checked with Swift Conservation Ireland and they tell us that, as the egg has been laid so early in the season, it is highly likely that the swifts are returning to the same nest as last year - so welcome back, Adam and Eve!
