Our chicks have hatched!

Would you believe it, on the last day of the school year, at least one of our swift chicks has hatched!

I took a short video but the chicks are hard to spot - there is one in the back right of the bird box, but he is hard to see as both parents, Adam and Eve, are in the birdbox together, keeping the chicks safe and warm and fed. Those of you with good eyesight might sport three white dots in the back right corner and these are the chick's eyes and beak.

I will pop in again over the next few days to see if I can get a better view to share with you, but in the meantime, you can enjoy all the activity in the box!
