Newport 300

In 2020 Newport will celebrate its 300th Birthday (In April 1720 Thomas Medlycott leased land to John Pratt to build the first 20 houses - now Meddlicott Street)

The children have been invited to design a logo which will be used by the tricentenary organising committee on all posters, correspondence and signage during the tricentenary year.

The children from 1st class upwards have been finding out all about what makes a good logo and have been coming up with some excellent suggestions!

All entries should be brought in to Fiona by the end of next week (22nd March). The designs can be in any format and using any materials (including digital, which may be emailed to office@newportns.ie)
