Ms Doherty organised a very exciting raffle on Friday 4th of May in Newport NS to mark Mayo Day.
It was also thrilling to have Mayo footballer, Jason Doherty (Ms Doherty’s twin brother!) come along to present the prizes!
There was a Mayo jersey signed by all the Mayo football team as first prize.
Our Green Schools/ An Taisce poster competition winner, Ava Palasz, was chosen to pull the first ticket and the top prize was won by Caolan Moran!
Other great runners-up prizes donated by Ms Doherty and our school teams coach, Brian McLoughlin, went to Marcus, Leah, Adam, Ava, Luke and Conor.
Congratulations to all the winners and WELL DONE to Ms Doherty for all her organisation!
